Administration and Human Resources Department
The department manages the human and material resources of the Council; such as recruitment, career advancement, training, discipline and statutory compliance with federal character, among others. The day-to-day operations of the Council including facility management, employee communications, external correspondence, office supplies and file archiving are some of the vital functions the department undertakes.
The Administration and Human Resources Department is the channel of interface between the Management and staff of the Council. It also develops administrative strategies for the implementation of Management’s policies and direction.
